I was born into a middle class family in Arambag, Dhaka.
My father was a government employee and my mother a housewife.
I have 2 brothers and a sister.
I have been married to Kathie Ahmed for over two decades. We are blessed with three sons who are pretty much grown up now.
After completing my SSC and my HSC in Bangladesh, I went to the United States for higher studies with a partial scholarship.
There I completed my B.Sc in Computer Science and my M.Sc in Applied Computer Science from the State University of West Georgia, Carrollton, Georgia.
During my studies there, I received several awards for academic performances.
Once I completed my B.Sc, I worked for several companies as a Software Engineer. I played many roles, sometimes developer, sometimes team leader, and architects at other times.
In 2010, we moved back to Bangladesh and living here since then. It is here in BD, I started my career in the academia in 2011.
And I have been in teaching since then.
